Service Description: Digi Wallet is a personal finance management application designed to track expenses, manage budgets, and log financial transactions. It provides features including automated cloud synchronization and secure data backup functionality via Google Drive integration.
User Accounts and Security: Users are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their mobile device security and any associated account login credentials. Any activity or financial logging occurring under the user's account is their sole responsibility.
Google Drive Data Sync & Permissions: By enabling the cloud backup feature, the user explicitly grants Digi Wallet permission to create, read, and update data within a dedicated application folder on their personal Google Drive. The app strictly accesses only the files it creates and cannot view, modify, or delete other personal files or folders in the user's Google Drive.
Data Storage & Privacy: Financial data logged within the app is stored locally on the user's device and, if enabled, synced to their private cloud storage. We do not host, store, or sell user financial records on external third-party servers, ensuring user financial privacy remains intact.
Limitation of Liability: Digi Wallet is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. The developers and parent entity shall not be held liable for any financial inaccuracies, tracking errors, data losses, or subsequent damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
Prohibited Uses: Users agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or disrupt the application's synchronization features, security protocols, or API integrations.
